Fall is officially here! *cue all the heart eyes*

Cozy flannels, bonfires, the crisp air. I am so in love with this season and everything about it. We have had some very summer-like days recently, so I am really looking forward to the appropriately temperature fall days coming soon.

This month I was challenged by God to continue being patient. Is it just me or is being patient extremely difficult? Especially when something is laid on your heart and it just seems like nothing is being done to make it a reality. That being said, some of the biggest life changes happen when we think God is silent. We can't even fathom the miracles and blessings He is working to build our life behind the scenes. So, instead of sulking and questioning why our desires haven't been fulfilled, try thinking of God's desires and pursue those. The joy that rests there is much greater than our desires.

Trust in Him.

I gathered a few of my favorites from this month, check them out below!

Uninvited by Lysa TerKeurst
So far, I am absolutely loving this! It's very encouraging for those seasons of waiting or even when you are struggling to fulfill more Christ centered relationships. Definitely recommend.
You can check it out in the "bookshelf" section on my blog's homepage. :)

Hello Fresh
This was my first time trying this service and wow, I am amazed! My favorite part is simply the convenience of it. I cook pretty regularly at home making at least 3 home cooked meals per week and every single time I end up wasting part of an ingredient because I don't have any use for it beyond that one meal. I totally recommend trying it. Get $40 off your first delivery here!

Thrift Store flannel
If you know me at all, you know that I LOVE thrift shopping. Salvation Army is my favorite. I found this awesome flannel in the men's section.

I have two favorite songs this month. I love jamming out to both of these songs. As you can see, my range of music is quite wide. I love the beat of Post Malone's music and I love the message of worship songs. Take a listen. :)

Kelsea has such a beautiful gift of writing and a heart for encouraging people through sharing real, raw life experiences. Check out her blog here. You won't be disappointed.
