Returns or Exchanges
If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact me at email@example.com and I will be happy to discuss the concerns you have.
The item(s) must be returned unwashed and undamaged. You will be refunded once I receive the package with the item in its original condition. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of purchase date and include original packaging.
Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Items
Sometimes mail delivery can be tricky. If you need to report a lost or damaged item, please do so within 7 days after the purchase/delivery date.
You must provide photos of the damage and the order number.
Orders are shipped in 1-3 days from purchase date.
Please triple check that your address is correct when placing an order to ensure that the package will not be returned to seller. If this occurs, you will be given the option to receive a refund or pay for shipping again to the correct address.
I am all for customers receiving a quality product. A lot of time and research has gone into choosing the right base products as well as the designs that are integrated.
